The location is 3 km from the A4 freeway, which connects Rotterdam and Bergen op Zoom, and is part of the Rotterdam-Antwerp-Brussels transport axis.
The warehouse has a capacity of 134,330 pallets with a temperature down to - 23 ⁰C.
NewCold s first fully automated cold store will be fully operational in the second half of 2025.

Ensure maintenance of all equipment. This includes conveyors, cranes, refrigeration systems, fire protection, freezer and dock doors, pallet handling equipment, among others
Testing of various systems including fire suppression systems, fire alarms and ammonia alarms
Report, schedule and track all maintenance work using maintenance software
