On a plot of 60,000 m² in Dinteloord (municipality of Steenbergen) , is NewCold s fully automated cold store with an area of 142 x 122 meters.
The location is 3 km from the A4 freeway, which connects Rotterdam and Bergen op Zoom, and is part of the Rotterdam-Antwerp-Brussels transport axis.
The warehouse has a capacity of 134,330 pallets with a temperature down to - 23 ⁰C.
NewCold s first fully automated cold store will be fully operational in the second half of 2025.
